Using Knoly
Knoly is for adults who want to contribute authorized expertise or explore lawful data licensing · information you submit must be accurate and you must have the rights and authority it requires
You may not submit stolen datasets, private communications, personal information without a valid basis, confidential materials without permission, or content that infringes another party’s rights
Briefs and accepted contributions
Preview briefs describe possible contribution paths · a funded opportunity must specify its acceptance criteria, reward and rights terms before work begins
A submitted contribution is not automatically accepted or payable · rewards depend on review, available eligible funding, identity and payout checks, and the applicable brief
Reward rounds and withdrawals
The allocation policy is 50% contributor rewards, 40% buyback reserve and 10% operations from eligible cleared net revenue after applicable costs and restrictions
Accounting windows close every 60 seconds · only funded, approved balances can settle · a countdown is not a promise that a transfer occurs every minute
Ledger credits, payout reservations and completed transfers are separate states · a withdrawal is complete only when its transfer is confirmed · no rate, yield or amount is guaranteed
Company referrals
Knoly uses an attributed link to micro1’s company application and may receive a fee for a qualifying outcome · Knoly is independent and cannot bind or speak for micro1
The micro1 program governs its own eligibility, lead attribution, acceptance, payment, clearance and clawbacks · the published referral fee can be up to $50,000 depending on the qualifying arrangement
Knoly does not offer a share of restricted referral fees to referred companies, their employees or representatives as an inducement · undisclosed related-party referrals are not permitted
The KNOLY token
A token does not represent company ownership, a claim on revenue, a guaranteed return or a right to contributor compensation · buying or holding it is not required to apply
A buyback reserve is an accounting allocation rather than a completed token purchase · execution requires funding, an approved process and a confirmed transaction receipt
No token price outcome, market liquidity, buyback schedule or treasury performance is guaranteed
Availability
Features depend on configured service providers, funded opportunities and operational review · initial availability and terms can change
Company compensation and data licenses are negotiated with the applicable buyer or program · Knoly does not guarantee an introduction, acceptance, data sale or payment
